Verify your first Contact
Trusted contacts should be verified before you act or if you are suspicious.
Now that you have a trusted contact, you can always ensure you are communicating with them, and verify key details of that communication anytime you want. This is useful when someone is needing emergency help, as many scams and social engineering attacks use urgency and fear. This is a time crunch and is very successful in getting people to do things they normally wouldn't do.
Anytime you decide you need to challenge your contact, this is how you would do it, and here is the details of how it works.

First you will start at your contacts page and select the contact you wish to verify and click "Verify"
You will be brought to a screen where you can select the type of communication you want to verify, as well as additional details. You can use this to confirm what they are asking about or needs, all is end to end encrypted and not visible by anyone other than you and the other party.

When you are satisifed just click Send Verification Challenge. You will now wait for a response.
Your contact has either just called you, texted, or messaged. You have decided that for some reason you want to verify the contact and at this point you have either told them, or are suspicious enough that you are challenging them silently.

If your contact has GetTrusted open it will automatically navigate to the challenge response page. Otherwise, a notification will prompt them to open the app and will send them to the notification page.
Here they get to see the context you provided, and who is challenging them. This should be a quick and simple decision for anyone. If they are on the phone with you they can enter a simple Yes, otherwise send a no or distress signal.

Now you have the answer to your question and you can act accordingly.
Once they select their answer, they head back to the contacts screen all done.
