Create your Root Account

Your first step is to create your root account, enter the email address you wish to signup with and click continue.

We prioritize using Single Sign-On, so after you enter your email we will discover if your organization is using GetTrusted. If setup has not been performed/completed, you will be provided with two options:

• Sign in with Root Account - This is to continue onboarding if you have not setup your Single Sign-On or directory access. This can also be used as a break-glass mechanism if your configuration is ever having issues.

• Set up GetTrusted for My Company - This is to create your account and start the onboarding process to create your organization.

Today, we are going to click "Set Up GetTrusted for My Company"

To setup your account. Start by entering your name and company name as well as your password.

Review and then accept Terms & Conditions and select Create Root Account.

Your root account is used for recovery and break-glass access. You will not be using this once you have onboarded.

You will be asked to verify your email with a 6 digit code.

After you have verified your email, you will be redirected back to login so you can authenticate with the credentials you just set.
