Create Contact Distribution Rules

Setup in GetTrusted how your employees sees contacts and what is distributed to them.

You can select and test, how people experience contacts. By default we have including the persons manager, their direct reports if any, and peers (people who report to the same manager) this will get them close to their working set. You will be able to also find any contact that is not in your contacts by searching the directory

Next to your basic rules you have a contact test mechanism so you can see how the contacts will be deployed and to whom based on your rules.

Additionally we support Always Available Contacts, these would be someone you want to have on everyones device so they can verify them. This contact would by default be on everyones device.

We also support adding groups to everyones contacts, if you want to roll out everyone in helpdesk individually you can, or if you wanted to roll out and enable the Helpdesk to use workflows or on call routing of challenges we can roll out as a service account.

When you choose to roll out a group as a service identity, you will need to specify its contact information. This is useful if you have a security team that has 24/7 coverage on phone or email or on call so that people can immediately get in touch with who they need.
